Our team reviews new profiles and personal best submissions as quickly as possible, typically within 24–48 hours. You'll get an email once your profile is live.
I'M A COLLEGE COACH — HOW DO I GET VERIFIED?
Sign up for a coach account and our team will verify your affiliation with your institution. Once verified, you can browse profiles and reach out to recruits directly.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PERSONAL BESTS?
Log into your dashboard and head to Personal Bests. Each new submission needs a verification link (meet results page) and is reviewed by our team to keep the data clean.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
