Is Track & XC Recruiting really free?

Yes. The Bronze tier is free forever and includes a verified recruiting profile, unlimited personal bests, and 10 daily uses of the recruiting score calculator. No credit card is required to sign up.

What do paid tiers (Silver and Gold) actually unlock?

Silver ($5.00/mo) adds the athlete bio, photo grid, monthly profile boosts that push you to the top of coach searches, 10 college coach contacts a month, one free recruiting graphic per year, and a 25% graphics discount. Gold ($10.00/mo) goes further: 100 coach contacts a month, the Trophy Case, photo grid captions, 4 boosts per month, a free graphic every month, 50% off graphics, and 24-hour express turnaround.

What are college coach contacts?

Our college directory lists every NCAA program that sponsors track & field or cross country, and we keep the coaching staff on file for them. Silver members can open 10 coach email addresses each month and Gold members 100, each one with an intro email already drafted from your verified PRs so you only have to hit send. Opening a coach costs one contact and keeps that address open to you for 24 hours, so coming back to finish or resend the email is free — after that, reopening the same coach spends another contact. Addresses are handed over one coach at a time — we never publish a bulk list — and your allowance refills on the 1st of every month.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Memberships are billed monthly (or yearly on Gold) through Stripe and you can cancel from the membership page in your dashboard. Your profile stays live — it just reverts to the Bronze feature set at the end of the period.

Is yearly billing cheaper?

Yes, Gold is $100.00/year, which saves $20 compared to twelve monthly payments. Silver is monthly-only today.

Are my marks verified?

Every personal best has to link to the meet result it came from, and every submission is reviewed against that link before it goes live on your profile. Anything our checks are unsure about is escalated to our staff. That's why coaches trust the database — there are no self-reported PRs sneaking through.

Who is this for?

High school track & field and cross country athletes hoping to compete in college, and college coaches recruiting them. Athletes sign up free, and the recruit board is free to browse. Coaches sign up with an institutional email and get verified so they can contact athletes who only accept messages from verified coaches.

Do you have a plan for a whole team or club?

Yes. Programs buy a plan rather than individual seats: Squad ($49.00/mo) holds 15 athletes, Program ($99.00/mo) holds 40 athletes, Academy ($199.00/mo) holds 100 athletes. Every athlete who holds a seat gets a Gold profile at no extra cost for as long as they are on the roster, so a coach never has to ask families to buy memberships one at a time.

What does a seat on a team plan give an athlete?

Gold, in full: 100 college coach contacts a month, 4 profile boosts a month, 6 photo grid slots with captions, the Trophy Case, the athlete bio, a free recruiting graphic every month and 50% off the rest. Coaches on the program can also submit personal bests on an athlete's behalf. If an athlete already pays for Gold themselves, nothing is doubled up — they keep the better of the two.

Can a coach make recruiting graphics for their athletes?

Yes, and every paid plan comes with a pool of free ones: Squad includes 1 free team graphic a month, Program includes 2 free team graphics a month, Academy includes 4 free team graphics a month. The pool belongs to the program, so any coach on your staff can spend it on any athlete on your roster, and it refills on the 1st — unused credits do not roll over. Beyond the pool, and on the free plan too, every graphic a coach orders for a rostered athlete is 50% off. These are the program's own credits and are separate from your athletes': an athlete holding a seat is on Gold and still gets their own free graphic every month, which only they can spend — a coach cannot spend it, and using a program credit does not touch it.

Is there a free plan for programs?

Yes, and it needs no card. The free plan takes 5 athletes, 1 staff account and 1 training location, with a public program page and roster management. It does not grant Gold seats — athletes keep whatever tier they pay for themselves — and it has no crest or accent colour on the public page.

What happens when our roster outgrows the plan?

Move up a plan whenever you need to — Stripe prorates the difference, so you pay for the part of the period you actually use. Yearly plans are priced at 10 months, so 2 are free: Program, for example, is $990.00 a year against $1188.00 paid monthly. Rosters larger than 100 athletes are priced with us directly.
