Track & XC provides a recruiting platform that connects high school track and field and cross country athletes with college coaches. Our services include:

• ●Contact facilitation between coaches and athletes
• ●Custom graphic design services for athlete recruiting materials
• ●Graphic order management and delivery

3.1 ACCOUNT CREATIONYou may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 ACCOUNT TYPESWe offer different account types including athlete accounts, coach accounts, and general user accounts. Different features are available based on account type.

3.3 ACCOUNT ACCURACYYou agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4.1 PROFILE CONTENTAthletes are responsible for the accuracy and content of their profiles, including personal records, academic information, and contact details.

4.2 VISIBILITY SETTINGSAthletes can control who can contact them through privacy settings. Profiles may be visible to verified coaches based on athlete preferences.

4.3 PROFILE UPDATESAthletes should keep their profiles current and accurate throughout the recruiting process.

5.1 VERIFICATIONCoaches may be required to verify their affiliation with educational institutions before gaining access to certain features.

5.2 CONTACT PERMISSIONSCoaches must respect athlete contact preferences and any applicable NCAA or governing body recruiting rules.

5.3 PROFESSIONAL CONDUCTAll communications through our platform must be professional and in compliance with applicable recruiting regulations.

6.1 SERVICE TIERSWe offer graphic design services in multiple tiers (Express, Rushed, Standard) with different delivery timeframes and pricing.

6.2 PAYMENTPayment for graphic design services must be completed before work begins. Prices are subject to change but will be clearly displayed at the time of order.

6.3 DELIVERYGraphics will be delivered according to the selected service tier timeline. Delivery methods may include digital download and social media collaboration features.

6.4 REVISIONSRevision policies are determined by the service tier selected and will be communicated at the time of order.

6.5 USAGE RIGHTSUpon payment, you receive rights to use the graphics for personal recruiting purposes. Track & XC retains the right to showcase work in portfolios or promotional materials.

7.1 PLATFORM CONTENTAll content on the Track & XC platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Track & XC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7.2 USER CONTENTYou retain ownership of content you submit to the platform but grant Track & XC a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to provide our services.

You agree not to:

• ●Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• ●Impersonate any person or entity
• ●Submit false or misleading information
• ●Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• ●Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• ●Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• ●Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• ●Scrape or collect user data without permission

10.1 SERVICE AVAILABILITYTrack & XC provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10.2 NO RECRUITING GUARANTEESTrack & XC does not guarantee that athletes will receive scholarship offers or that coaches will find suitable recruits. We are a platform to facilitate connections only.

10.3 THIRD-PARTY CONTENTWe are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or content of user-submitted information, including athlete profiles and coach communications.

10.4 LIMITATION OF LIABILITYTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Track & XC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Refunds for graphic design services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds are not available once work has begun. Please contact us at trackxcnews@gmail.com to discuss any concerns about your order.

Track & XC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
